Have an issue to report? Let's try to resolve it by troubleshooting first, following the steps below:

Force Quit the application.

iOS

1. Double click on the home button

2. Swipe through apps to find Snapchat

3. Swipe Snapchat preview up to quit

Android

(Instructions may differ across devices) 

1. Press and hold (or tap twice) on the home button

2. Swipe Snapchat application to quit

Restart your device.

iOS

Press and hold Sleep/Awake button and Home button until the Apple logo appears

Android

Hold down the power button until your device restarts

Check Internet Connection

Try to use Snapchat on Wi-Fi and 3G to see if the problem has to do with your internet connection.
